4:50 p.m. (UPDATE) – Water service has been restored on Makeke Road. Please note a lateral that services the Waimea Neighborhood Center, is currently being upgraded. DOW crews have estimated approximately 1 to 2 hours to complete the upgrade. For all other customers, water service has been restored. Mahalo.

3:15 p.m. 10-22-2025 WAIMEA – Emergency water service shutdown on a portion of Makeke Road, between Kaumualii Highway and Huakai Road, including the Waimea Neighborhood Center. Please allow approximately 2 hours for repair work on a service lateral.
