8:40 a.m. 05-05-2026 KAPA’A (Wailua Homesteads) – Emergency water service shutdown on a portion of Kuamoo Road (between Opaekaa Road and Paako Street), Lihau Street, Aleo Street, Paako Street, Kuhoho Street, Hie Street, Iliki Street, Alahele Street, and a portion of Molo Street (between the southern cul-de-sac to Alahele Street), beginning at 10 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. DOW crews will repair the mainline.
