KAPA’A – Portion of Kūhiō Highway

5:45 p.m. 10-09-2025 KAPA’A – Starting at 10 p.m., water service will be turned off on a portion of Kūhiō Highway, and branching roads, between Hoi Road and the bridge near Kenji Burgers. Kenji Burgers should not be affected. Please allow 4 to 5 hours for water restoration. The emergency shutdown is necessary to repair a leak in the mainline.

Kūhiō Highway remains open in both directions. However, please slow down and take caution to a lane change in the immediate work zone area, on Kūhiō Highway.
