11:00 a.m. (FINAL UPDATE) – Traffic flow has returned to normal in both directions on Kūhiō Highway (Route 560) in the vicinity of the Coconut Marketplace.

10:00 a.m. (UPDATE) – DOW crews have repaired the water main break and water service has been restored. It will take crews at least 2-3 hours to patch up the highway. Expect traffic delays in the area. We kindly request motorists to exercise caution when driving through the area by slowing down, paying attention to posted signs, traffic cones, and flagger personnel.
