11:45 a.m. 02-09-2026 KAPA’A – Emergency water service shutdown on a portion of Kuhio Highway (between Moikeha Bridge and East Kauai Professional Building), for approximately 4 hours. DOW crews are repairing the mainline and a service lateral.
