1:45 p.m. 01-04-2026 KAPAʻA (Wailua Homesteads) – Water service has been restored for Hie Street. Earlier today, DOW crews repaired a leak at the point where a pipe fitting connects to the line. Water service was interrupted for approximately 20 minutes. DOW crews flushed the line through an open hydrant.
