11:30 a.m. KAPAʻA – Water service is being turned off on a portion of Haleilio Road, between the Kaulana Road intersection and the Sleeping Giant trailhead, for approximately 2 to 3 hours. DOW crews are at the scene conducting emergency repair work to a water line.
