12:20 p.m. (UPDATE) KALĀHEO – Due to the complexity of the emergency repair work on Ai Road, water service will be turned off for an additional 2 hours. —-10:40 a.m. KALĀHEO – Water service is being turned off on the lower portion of Ai Road for approximately 1 to 2 hours.
