9:10 p.m. 10-11-2026 KAPAʻA – Emergency water service shutdown for a portion of Kūhiō Highway between Uhelekawawa Canal Bridge and Hoi Road, including all branching roads, beginning at 9:30 p.m. to approximately 11:45 p.m.

DOW crews are repairing a leak in the mainline. Affected customers may experience low pressure or no water for the duration of the repair.
