Water Conservation Notice lifted for Kalāheo-Kōloa and Līhuʻe-Kapaʻa service areas

KAUA’I – The Department of Water (DOW) has lifted the water conservation notice for the Kalāheo-Kōloa (inclucing Poʻipū) and Līhuʻe-Kapaʻa (including Puhi) Water Systems service areas on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Customers in the Kalāheo-Kōloa (inclucing Poʻipū) and Līhuʻe-Kapaʻa (including Puhi) Water Systems service areas may now resume normal water use.

Water Conservation Notice remain in effect for the following areas, until further notice:

• Anahola Water System
• ʻAnini Water System
• Haʻena-Wainiha Water System
• Hanalei Water System
• Kīlauea Water System

Water Conservation Notice lifted for the following service areas:

• Hanapēpē-Ele’ele
• Kekaha-Waimea
• Kalāheo-Kōloa/Poʻipū
• Puhi/Līhuʻe-Kapaʻa
