• Haena-Wainiha – Water buffalo providing potable (drinking) water is dispatched to Hanalei Colony Resort, located at 5-7130 Kuhio Highway
Hā‘ena / Wainiha area. Staging time depends on access through the Hanalei Bridge. We are currently estimating E.T.A. at Hanalei Colony Resort by 3 p.m.
• Portions of Hanalei
• Kilauea – Water buffalo providing potable (drinking) water is dispatched to Kilauea Neighborhood Center, located at 4260 Keneke Street, and will be staged by 10 a.m.
• Portions of Wailua Homesteads (vicinity of upper portion of Kuamoo Road).
