6:30 a.m. 06-13-2026 KAPA’A – Emergency water service shutdown on a portion of Hauaala Road to include Makamaka Street and Keapana Road, for approximately 7 hours. A hydrant spigot, providing potable (drinking) water is available on Hauaala Road. Customers must provide their own water containers. DOW crews are repairing the mainline.
