7:20 a.m. 05-28-2026 KŌLOA – Emergency water service shutdown on a section of Poipu Road, between Paanau Road and Borthwick Kauai Mortuary, for approximately 2 hours. DOW crews are repairing a portion of the line that was damaged by a contractor.
