10:50 a.m. 02-25-2026 KAPA’A – Emergency water service shutdown on a portion of Kūhiō Highway (between Moikeha Bridge and Kapaʻa Bypass Road) affecting customers on the ocean side of the highway, for approximately 3 to 4 hours. DOW crews are repairing the mainline. Hotel Coral Reef is not expected to be affected.
