5:45 p.m. 12-25-2025 LIHUʻE – Reports of a leaking backflow device, located in the parking lot of Kauaʻi Community College (KCC), 3-1901 Kaumualii Hwy, Lihue, HI 96766. This device is on the consumer side of the water meter. We are reaching out to KCC to notify them of the situation.
