8:45 a.m. 11-23-2025 KEKAHA – Emergency water service shutdown on a portion of Elepaio Road (between Io Road and Kala Road), for approximately 3-4 hours. DOW crews are repairing a service lateral. Most of the affected customers were notified by DOW crews.
