12:30 p.m. KŌLOA – Water service is being turned off for approximately 3-4 hours due to emergency repairs to a water line. Customers located in the following areas are affected:

• A portion of Kōloa Road, between Horita Road and Mana Hema Place;
• Horita Road;
• Lawailoa Lane;
• Blackstad Road;
• Blackstad Lane;
• Koloa Road;
• Mana Hema Place.
