Water system upgrade work on Ahukini Road for Feb. 19

LĪHUʻE – The Department of Water (DOW) and contractor Cushnie Construction Company Inc. will perform water system upgrade work on Ahukini Road near the main entrance to the Līhuʻe Airport on February 19, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting. This water service shutdown is not expected to impact customers in the area, including the Līhuʻe Airport.

The purpose of the water service shutdown is for the Ahukini Makai subdivision project.
