June 4, UPDATE: Water conservation measures remain in place for Hanalei and ʻAnini
HANALEI AND ʻANINI – Department of Water (DOW) customers in the Hanalei Community and ʻAnini Beach areas remain under a water conservation request, which has been in place since April 4, 2025. Customers are asked to continue water conservation efforts in order to maintain water services and avoid a full water service outage.
DOW thanks customers for their continued conservation efforts and cooperation. Water conservation measures include turning off appliances and fixtures that automatically draw water such as ice machines and irrigation systems and refraining from car washing.
DOW officials are awaiting the arrival of the necessary components and equipment to conduct the emergency repairs.
