LĪHUʻE – The Department of Water (DOW) invites the community to an upcoming event to discuss the Kapaʻa Homesteads Tanks Project.

Join the DOW on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish located at 5021-A Kawaihau Road in Kapaʻa. This community outreach event will give the public an opportunity to review the project and share their feedback. Refreshments will be provided.

The Kapaʻa Homesteads Tanks Project will replace an existing 0.2 million-gallon storage tank with two new 0.5 million-gallon storage tanks. Additionally, approximately 1,700 linear feet of water lines (16-inch and 12-inch) and associated appurtenances will be constructed.

Anyone requiring auxiliary aids or services for effective communication, or needing a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity, should contact the Department of Water as soon as possible at 808-245-5455. We encourage advance requests 48 hours or more before the event.

For further information, please reach out to the Department of Water at 808-245-5455 or publicrelations@kauaiwater.org.
