Phone service has been restored for the Kauaʻi Department of Water.

DOW Experiencing phone outages

LĪHUʻE – The Kauaʻi Department of Water (DOW) phone lines and voicemails are currently down. 

The public is advised to visit https://www.kauaiwater.org and email publicrelations@kauaiwater.org.  Up until 2:30 p.m., you may contact DOW to report water leaks and/or outages at 808-855-8209, or the Administrative office at 808-755-5824.  After 2:30 p.m, report water leaks by calling Police Dispatch at 808-241-1711.

DOWʻs Information Technology Division is actively monitoring the situation and working as quickly as possible to restore service.  Any updates will be shared as soon as more information becomes available.
