DOW announces April community meetings to discuss water rate increases
LĪHUʻE — The Kauaʻi Department of Water (DOW) invites residents to a series of community meetings to discuss capital infrastructure needs and associated proposed water rate increases. These sessions will highlight findings from our recently completed comprehensive water systems evaluation and water rate study.
Meetings will be held in Līhuʻe, Waimea, and Kōloa during the second week of April 2026.

We encourage advance requests 48 hours or more before the event.
