Department of Water conducting test shutdown for emergency repair on Kuamoo Road on July 9

KAPAʻA (Wailua Homesteads) – The Department of Water (DOW) will conduct a test shutdown on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The affected area will include the upper portion of Kuamoo Road, extending north from Paako Street to Reservoir Dam Road, including all branching roads.
