Limited access to DOW on August 1-2

LĪHUʻE – The Department of Water (DOW) announces that road construction will take place at the end of Pua Loke Street in Līhuʻe on August 1-2, from 7 a.m to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting. This construction is necessary for the installation of an access gate near the entrance to the DOW parking lot. 

August 1, 2025:  There will be a one-lane closure at the end of Pua Loke Street in the construction area.  Alternating traffic will be accommodated in both directions. 

August 2, 2025:  There will be a full closure at the end of Pua Loke Street in the construction area. Access to the DOW for bill payments at the drop box will not be permitted.

Please make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the installation of the access gate on these dates.
