This page will display maps of emergency locations and/or current/future water construction zones.

The County of Kaua'i Department of Water has developed a comprehensive plan, called Water Plan 2020, to ensure safe, affordable and sufficient drinking water to meet the needs of all customers on Kaua'i. The plan entails replacing and installing new water facilities throughout the island.  In making improvements, or during times of emergency operations, the Department is sometimes forced to shut down portions of a water system to make the necessary repairs/changes.
